House; Freya, because Eugene can relate to Freya's persistence of doing what you must for true love. After all, Eugene gave up his life to free Rapunzel.
Power; Energy Transfer, because like above, Eugene would give up everything for Rapunzel, so I believe that he would willingly give up energy for the sake his loved one.
Personality;
Eugene is a rogue. He’s got a bandit’s heart and a strange sense of modesty and decorum. That is to say, he has no sense of decorum, and if he could steal something from your wallet in a hug, he would! But this is all a little tilted thanks to the interactions with a certain long-haired long-lost princess. Rapunzel takes Eugene’s personality and pulls out the young man from behind the face of suave and cold thievery. She proves that, when Eugene isn’t daring and willing to con his way out of a debt or an arrest, he can be a decent and wonderful person.
He grew up orphan by the name of Eugene Fitzherbert, in a presumably rundown orphanage, struggling to get by. While it was not a bright childhood, he found comfort in helping take care of the other orphans, especially through reading them stories of his favorite storybook hero. He found temporary escape in read The Tales of Flynnigan Rider, which revolved around a classical, do-gooder knight who was so wealthy and heroic that he could do whatever he wanted. Little Eugene envied that knight and when he was old enough and he could not stand the orphanage any longer, he ran away and changed his name to Flynn Rider and turned to stealing. He has a very “think for myself and do for myself” kind of attitude, and when it’s his ass on the line, he will cut the dead weight to get away.
He has a gentle and kind side that he does not push at the front due to years of learning that, not everyone is kind, and it’s best at times in the life of crime to have a wicked grin and a roguish way of promises. When he truly smiles, it is brought on by pure pleasure in something. When he’s enjoying a day out in the city with Rapunzel, or floating in a gondola with her, watching the lanterns. He has issues with enjoying life’s simple pleasures, understandable since the life of a thief consisted of surviving on wit, tricks, speed, and the ability to burglar jewels and get the hell out of dodge before he was captured and or arrested.
He has the capability to be incredibly devoted, as he's willing to fight tooth and nail to rescue Rapunzel, have her back, then willingly let her return to her parents...and then find himself going through the motions and trials of courting the royal Coronian princess. He is willing to do most anything for Rapunzel. If you asked him to jump from a ledge for the sake of Rapunzel's life...well he'd probably stare at you funny for a second or two, but he'd do it!
Eugene also has a passion for reading, as in seen in several Disney magazine comics that feature the aftermath of Rapunzel's and Eugene's adventures. He enjoys losing himself in fantastical worlds where there are adventures, zaniness, and people not his own whom he can get to know without leaving the comfort of his chair. He also likes telling children and other people stories -- and he's a wonderful storyteller, and he can brag about that to a 't'! He most enjoys reading stories to and with Rapunzel, as they both share a fascination for far away places and things they've yet to see. There is appreciation for the written word between them and Eugene is never someone to "knock" a book before giving it a little read through. Even before he met Rapunzel, he never judged a book by its cover.
In a party, Eugene can befriend anyone, but it all depends on the kinds of people. Put Eugene in a room of nobles, and he'll stick to the wall. Eugene isn't comfortable around the highly rich societies. Sure, he can handles himself fine with the King and Queen, but that's because of Rapunzel's influence, and her not siding with any societal class. Eugene was born without a real family, and came to the orphanage at a very young age, so he grew up knowing that he had not a penny to his name, was without much prospect, and that he'd probably remain that way his entire life. While most of Corona has given Eugene the benefit of the doubt (after all, he saved their princess!) there are still people who look down their nose at Eugene and still see him as that orphan with a dirty face and a ratty shirt. Eugene tries to not let the doubts and ill-meant comments, but they still manage to get under his skin. But if you put him common people from common background like himself, then he has no problem with things like conversation and relating topics.

[ The video opens to show an annoyed young man, with his arms folded, and his jaw twitching with restrained anger. ] So after getting what I take is the usual introduction spiel, let me get this straight: I'm trapped in this city of gods because the gods need someone to fix their problems and I have no choice in any of this. Is that right? [ He unfolds his arms. ] Because if that's the case, then I'm going to have to decline the great lodgings and excellent living benefits, because I've got more important, particularly pressing matters to tend to back home.
[ Eugene closes his eyes, trains his jaw to not twitch and settles his feature. He wants to appeal to these gods, so he should be softer-spoken, right? Normally, Eugene wouldn't use this kind of manner with kidnappers, but as Rapunzel is back home, about to embark on a whole new chapter of her life with her real parents, he can't not take a risk. ]
Look. Freyja -- that's your name, right? Well, Freyja, you are supposed to stand for love, right? You not realize this but, I've got this girl back home who is pretty important to me. In fact...I think I love her. [ He reaches an arm behind his neck and rubs at it anxiously, looking away from the device, suddenly bashful, which hasn't happened since he was a kid. ] Her name's Rapunzel, and she's...she's everything to me. And I think she loves me, too. So...
[ He clasps his hands together and gives the device a very earnest look. ] Isn't it kind of counteractive to your station to separate two people in love?
